Regardless of whether we deem it to be "conscious," AI is humanity's foray into creating consciousness. We have no idea how much we don't yet know about the universe.

Mission

I connect and inspire in the name of consciousness expansion

to increase human thriving and improve our relationship with the world.

Facets

Dive in...

....to the great unknown.

....to the great unknown.

Raiya works at the intersection of language, consciousness, and AI. Weaving cognitive linguistics and cultural theory into Natural Language Understanding and Machine Learning, Raiya's research and career have spanned the University of Oxford, Google, IV.AI, rather insightful side quests into hedge funds and deep tech, as well as personal entrepreneurial escapades.

Raiya is fond of her interdisciplinary Doctorate research at the nexus of cognitive linguistics, psychology, and cultural anthropology, shining light on the way that human beings infer and judge themselves and others across cultures. Built on a foundation of research across this work and her MRes in Speech, Language, and Cognition, Raiya's current work in Intentional AI and AI narrative considers how this technological paradigm shift threads into the tapestry of humanity.

....to the great unknown.

....to the great unknown.

....to the great unknown.

Raiya is a world class lover of and expert on extra-disciplinary innovation. She's a firm believer that inspiration occurs at the border between cultures. The more we can borrow philosophies and theories from other disciplines, the more we can see through the unconscious limitations and beliefs of our current mental models.

Forge instead of follow: That's where the magic happens.

Raiya's personal interests in the biofield and bioenergetics directly apply to her work. Research these days is revisiting what it really means to be a collective ecosystem, and Raiya is loving the shift in perspective to one of "we don't know what we don't know." These are exciting times as we move from a model of separateness and lack into a model of unity and cooperation.

It's a metaphor.

....to the great unknown.

It's a metaphor.

Between two academic theses on conceptual metaphor and professional work on ML metaphor models, Raiya integrates metaphor theory into all  strategic & narrative work. The concepts you choose leave an audience with drastically different connotations, implications, & felt sense perceptions. It's not about what you say, or even how you say it: it's the frequency behind what is said.

A current favorite concept of Raiya's is that of Coherence. Just as there can be coherence achieved between the heart and the mind, there can also be coherence within the members of an organizational system. Once everyone within a team is aligned--on values, on mission, on vision--then coherence is achieved. Next step? Achieve coherence between different systems, or organizations, moving inexorably toward global harmony and alignment.
